This morning I went to PT, and my NCOIC told me I had a PMI today at
SAAF. The PMI was mostly BS, just stuff I already learned in BRM way
back in BCT. Afterwards, I signed for some equipment from my NBC NCO and
went to work, where I ensured that each vehicle had a proper PMCS done.
Then I grabbed a TM for an M105 to do a trailer service. Unfortunately,
our POL shed had been locked up by 3/5. I went to another motor pool and
borrowed some GAA, then moved a HMMWV out of the way and began the
service. Later in the afternoon, our BMS called us into the office to
discuss a new SOP. (The POC was the BMO.) Our squad leaders did a POV
inspection, and we went back to SAAF, where they were promoting a PFC to
SPC. Finally COB arrived and we went home.
